Randy D. Elder Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randy D. Elder of Ames, Iowa, who passed away on September 5, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Randy D. Elder to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Elder and Mary Lou Elder (Shultz). He is survived by: his brother Bill Elder of Albert Lea, MN; his aunts, Sheila Waterbury of Mesa, AZ and Pam Maxwell-Stewart of Mesa, AZ; and his uncle Rick Maxwell of Ames, IA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to COVID-19 considerations, a private graveside viewing and service for family and close friends will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at the Ames Municipal Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the Randy Elder Family.
