She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Siskowski and Betty Siskowski; and her brother Mike Siskowski. She is survived by: her husband David Niegsch; her children, Dr. Jason Niegsch (Marcie) and Julie Alvarez (Dean); her grandchildren, Charlie, Ben, Joe, Mollie, Della and Malaya; her sister Ann Hutchison (Siskowski) of Tulsa, OK; her niece Erin Cooper of Tulsa, OK; and her nephews, Eric Hutchison of Joplin, MO, Danny Siskowski of Bryant, AR and David Siskowski of Bryant, AR.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in "Memory of Pat Niegsch" to Mainstream Living in Ames, IA.
