With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia Leanne Medina (Ames, Iowa), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 22, 2024 at the age of 39. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Paul Joseph, Geraldine Mary Scaffidi, Claudio and Frances Medina (Benjamin Demman). She is survived by: her parents, Cheryl Scaffidi and Ernesto Medina; her siblings, Annette Medina, Matthew, Natalie, Rosemary, Helena, Victoria, Teresa Medina, Jasper, Francisco, Gabriel, Tony, Emily and Paul Medina; and her children, Mikaele Sagote, Atonio Sagote, Bernadette Chapa and Baby Leanne.

Memorials will be directed to the family in loving memory of Patricia.
