Nicholas Raymond Bassett Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nicholas Raymond Bassett (Ames, Iowa), who passed away on January 27, 2022, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother Alexander Bassett; his grandparents, Bud and Elaine Flannery; and his uncles, Denny Flannery and Mike Flannery.

He is survived by: his parents, Vick Bassett and Ann Bassett of Boone, IA; his sister Heather Bassett of Boone, IA; and his grandparents, Fritz and Jenny Bassett of Napier, IA. He is also survived by aunts; uncles; other relatives; and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family and they will decide which of Nick's favorite charities to donate to.
