She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Vern Klopping and Bertha Klopping; her children, Gale Ehlers (Art) of Bettendorf and Dan McClean of Dyersville; her sister Verna Lou Power (Jerry); her grandsons, Matt McClean of Davenport and Michael McClean of Iowa City; and her husband Dr. James R. McClean.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial may be made to Northcrest Community Center in Ames.
