She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Delbert Trickle and Janice Trickle (Bauge); her husband Rod Clouser; her children, Angie Clouser, Shane Clouser (Tina), Dustin Clouser (Chelsea) and Chris Clouser (Kira); her grandchildren, Bridgett Bruening (Nick), Gavin, Halle, Avery, Matthew, Morgan, Micah and Malakia; her great grandchild Vera Bea Bruening; and her siblings, Robin Trickle and Darwin Trickle (Jolene).
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gilbert High School (312 Gretten St, Gilbert, IA 50105). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Gilbert School District, 103 Mathews Drive, Gilbert, Iowa 50105, for the unpaid lunch program, Mel had a soft spot in her heart for this program.
