She is survived by: her brother Daryl Thomason (Maxine) of Ames; her nieces, Ellen Gillman (Howard) of Irvine, CA, Lorraine Uitermark (Doyle) of Ames and Mary-Ellen Bartels (James) of Bennington, NE; her great-nieces, Tara Nelson, Rachel Ruskin, Arielle Gillman, Amy Ruskin and Michaela Bartels; her nephews, David Ruskin (Julia) of Annandale, VA and Laverne Thomason of Des Moines; her great-nephews, Danny Gillman (Becca) and Justin Bartels; and also Tyler Nyhus-Nelson.
