She was predeceased by: her parents, John Omstead and Margaret Omstead (Ashburn); her husband David Harold Birlingmair; and her brothers, Keith, Kenneth and Kevin Omstead.
She is survived by: her children, Shawn David Birlingmair (Dana), Kimberly Dawn Hoover (Thomas Kline) of Ames and Douglas Kent Birlingmair (Laura) of Fort Collins, CO.; her grandsons, Joel, Michael, Noah Birlingmair, Travis, Kaleb, Adam Hoover, Joshua and John "Jack" Birlingmair; her great grandchild Daniel Birlingmair; her sister Myrna Morris of Lamoni; and her nieces and nephews, Shelly Morris, Sherry Morris, Roxanna Omstead Crawford, Dianna Haurum, LuAnne Utterback, Suzanna G. Omstead, Katie Omstead, Michael Morris, Patrick Morris and Jordan Omstead.
