She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Osterhout and Emma Osterhout (Seibert); her husband William Carroll (Bill); and her brother Wayne Osterhout. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Carroll and Terry Carroll (Barb); her grandchildren, Billy Carroll and Stephanie Mishler (Matt); and her great grandchildren, Ellie, Piper and Maren Mishler. She is also survived by friends and extended family.
