We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2020, at the age of 97, Marian Viola Cooper (Ames, Iowa), born in Rolfe, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Heald and Edith Turley Heald; her husband John Kolb; her children, Linda Kolb Rathje of Gilbert, IA and Ken Kolb of Watertown, MN; her stepson Jim Cooper of Story City, IA; her grandchildren, Tate, Austin, Elaina Marian, Andre, Aubrianna and Alyssa; and her great grandchildren, Agustin, Justice and Jasmine.
Due to federal and state guidelines for COVID-19 the family is holding a private graveside service at Ames Municipal Cemetery and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
