He was predeceased by: his brothers, Paul and Hugh; his siblings-in-law, Roger Tweeten, Wallace Tweeten, John Trentman and Karen Johnson; and his nephew Jerry Tweeten.
He is survived by: his children, Allan (Janet) of St. Augustine, FL, Daniel of Ames and Africa; his wife Audrey of Ames; his daughter Linda Landers (Ronald) of San Angelo, TX; his grandchildren, Allana Albright (Jesse), Andrea Juarez (Joel) and Olivia Obermeyer (Joe); his great grandchildren, Khia, Tribe, Eden and Enoch Obermeyer; his brothers, Norman (Heni) and Stanley (Lynn); and his siblings-in-law, Donna Bond, Luetta Tweeten, Carol Tweeten, Florene Trentman and Dr. Donald Johnson (Kathy). He is also survived by grandparent and later a great-grandpa, he was very proud of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Lowell's name may be directed to CrossRoad Baptist Church, the Northcrest Foundation, or a charity of your choice.
