She is survived by: her children, Craig Hoffman and Stacy (Scott); her stepson Mark Hoffman; her grandchildren, Courtney Christensen (Clinton) and Darr Hoffman (LeAnna); and her great grandchildren, Caylynn, Colton, Charlee Christensen, Aaden Hoffman and Troy Herndon. She is also survived by her family, friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Animal Rescue League.
