It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Ferne Upchurch in Ames, Iowa, born in Benton, Illinois, who passed away on January 31, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
