With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Kevin Jamison in Ames, Iowa, born in Marshalltown, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrell Dean and Arlene Frances Jamison (Roche); and his brother Larry Jamison. He is survived by: his wife Ginny of Colo; his daughters, Hannah (Ivy) of Colo and Ivy Jamison of Colo; his siblings, Bob Jamison (Joanie) of Colo, Cathy Williams (Brian) of Wallingford and Ruth Wagner (Mike) of Marion; his niece Jenny; his nephew John; his mother-in-law Mary Lou Ackerman of Ames; his nieces and nephews, Ethan Jamison (Cassandra) of Blackwood, NJ, Zach Jamison (Carolyn King) of Keota, Jeremy Kostelecky (Mackenzie) of Mason City, Kelby Palmer (Brandon) of Maryville, MO and Sidney Brommel (Don) of New Virginia; and his sister-in-law Vallery Eisenmann (David) of Slater. He is also survived by friends, aunts, uncles, cousins, brother and sister-in-laws, nieces & nephews, and his classmates.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Rasmusson-Ryan Funeral Home (1418 Fawcett Pkwy, Nevada, IA 50201, USA).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help with education expenses for Hannah and Ivy.
