Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Joan Theresa Tripp (Ames, Iowa), born in Santa Ana, California, who passed away at the age of 90, on May 11, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Crispin and Emma Crispin (Miller); her husband Henry Tripp; her son Ralph; and her siblings, Barbara Davis and Charles Crispin.
She is survived by: her children, Debra, Robert Tripp (Paula) of Ames, Marvin Tripp of Ames and Deb Roberg (Marc) of Afton; her grandchildren, Michael Walstrom (Dawn), Michael Tripp and Denise Roberg; and her sisters, Connie Kenney and Karen Smith (Burnell). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Due to social distancing guidelines regarding COVID-19, a memorial service will be held at the Napier Methodist Church at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Napier United Methodist Church or mailed to the Joan Tripp Family c/o Adams Funeral Home, P.O. Box 745, Ames, Iowa 50010.
