He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Martin and Esther Martin; and his siblings, Paul Victor, Norman and Ruth Martin Riffe.
He is survived by: his sisters, Pauline Martin of Ames, Barbara Crawford of Waterloo, Mary Carr, Paula Freeman of Des Moines and Marie Mancuso (Joe) of Ames. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
