Jane Vander Well Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Vander Well of Ames, Iowa, who passed away on March 28, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Callfas and Madeline Callfas (Wiebersch); her husband Bud Vander Well; her parents-in-law, Herman and Everdina Vander Well (Bloem); and her sister-in-law Jeanne Vander Well.
She is survived by: her children, Don Vander Well, Dan Vander Well (Donna) and Victoria Vander Well; her grandchildren, Jacki Blackerby (Kerry) and Jeremy Vander Well; her great grandchildren, Shyanne and Hudson Blackerby; her brother Jim Callfas (Karol); and her brother-in-law Dean Vander Well. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Jane's name to the Wasmer American Legion Auxiliary in Le Mars.
