He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kennedy and Mary Louise Kennedy; and his grandson Wesley Michael Kennedy. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Michael (Lynn), Matthew, Mary-Margaret Gabrielsson (Henrik) and William (Amanda); his grandchildren, Madelyn, Joshua, Gabrielle, Grayson, Adaline Kennedy, Rebecca and Benjamin Gabrielsson; and his siblings, Richard (Cindy), David (Cristina), Patricia McBride-Fedder (Steve) and Carol Keenen (Patrick). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Israel Hospice House in Ames, IA, a hospice of your choice, or Puppy Jake Foundation (providing and training service dogs for veterans).
