With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James F. Westphal of Ames, Iowa, born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on May 17, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his daughters, Christine Ann Sikes, Teresa Lynn Hawks and Liane Marie Jennings (Gerald); his grandchildren, Matthew, Taylor, Drew Wilson, Katie, Megan, Briana Jennings, Adam and Jeremy Hawks; his great grandchild Elliott Wilson (Sage Lay); and his sister Joan Westphal.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
