He is survived by: his former wife Naomi Van Zile of Wooster; his wife Pat (Pat); his sister Janet Stephenson of Lakeside; his daughters, Catherine Costas of Ely and Marnie Moore (Mark) of Earlham; his grandchildren, Garrett and Darby Moore; and his goddaughter Gabrielle Bui of Seattle, WA..
