Jack Cook Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 15, 2023, at the age of 76, Jack Cook of Ames, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cook and Vera Cook (Molln); his brothers, Curtis Cook and Keith Cook; his sister-in-law Carol Cook (Strong); and his grandson Theodore.
He is survived by: his wife Connie (Auch); his children, Susan Moore (Mike), David Cook (Michelle) and Nathan Cook (Sabrina); his brother Kevin Cook (Patricia); his grandchildren, Tanner (Shyanne), Charles, Nora, Neva, Connor, Jacob, Cassandra, Madelyn "Onyx", Genevieve and Penelope; and his great grandchildren, Brystol and Barrett. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial Donations may be made to Israel Family Hospice House, Samaritan's Purse: (Operation Heal our Patriots), or Christ Community Church in Jack's name.
