It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Irene Wiant of Ames, Iowa, who passed away on August 22, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Harold Harvey Beane, Virgil Leslie Beane, Dorothy Mae Hutchinson, Claudine Marie Morrison, Wendell Leroy Beane and Lyndell Paul Beane.
She is survived by: her husband Rex; her children, Leslie Sheridan (David) and Rex II (Laura Whitener); her grandchildren, Emily Elizabeth Sheridan and Benjamin David Sheridan (Elizabeth Cameron Sheridan); her great grandchildren, Adler Benjamin Sheridan and Amelia Elizabeth Sheridan; and her sister Reba Jean Hunter. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
