She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice McConnell (Lee) and Fay McConnell; her husband Robert F. Phillips; her son Kyle; and her siblings, Dorothy Bingham and Keith McConnell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Delana Powers (Rick) of La Crosse, WI and Rhonda Wandling (Cory) of Ames, IA; and her sister Wilma Seymour. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Family of Helen Phillips and will be forwarded to the Heartwood House.
