He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Chester Bazylinski and Francis Livingstone. He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Bazylinski of Rowley, Massachusetts and Catherine Bazylinski (Livingstone) of Ames; his pets, Prometheus and Little Guy; his sister Alison Bazylinski of Washington, D. C.; and his grandmothers, Eleanor Bazylinski of Rowley, Massachusetts and Rose Livingstone of Pembroke. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Gram's name may be directed to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention or the Story County Friends of Conservation Trust Fund.
