She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Richardson and Leona Richardson (Barbee). She is survived by: her husband Robert Miller of Ames; and her children, Greg (Sandy) of Ames, Shelley Sanderson of Ankeny and Janis Mesenbrink of Ames. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Dorcas Society.
