With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank Clark of Ames, Iowa, born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on February 3, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Clark; his parents, Lyman Clark and Elizabeth Clark; his siblings, Pat Clark and JoAnn Moret; and his grandson Jesse Peck.
He is survived by: his children, Tanya Anderson (Brian), Jeff Clark (Monica), Carol Clark (Janey), Linda Alongi (Tony) and Amy Ellgren (Todd); and his grandchildren, Laurie Fife, Taylor Heitzman, Courtney Schulte, Morgan Smith, Claire Eilert, Brady Clark, Marshall Clark, Meredith Alongi, Franklin Alongi, Connor Peck and Drake Ellgren. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to the Green Hills Employee Appreciation Fund, 2205 Green Hills Drive, Ames, IA 50014.
