He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl Litwiller and Marlys Litwiller (Dornath); his wife Jill Becker; his children, Sarah Wiemers (Shawn) and Nicholas Litwiller (Adrienne); and his granddaughter Penelope Litwiller.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Litwiller family and mailed to 2150 Stevenson Dr. Ames, IA 50010.
