It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Deborah Elizabeth Huntress Adams of Ames, Iowa, born in Champaign, Illinois, who passed away on September 29, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Huntress and Ida Schaub Huntress; and her nephew Jesse Keith Huntress. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Herbert Adams of Ames; her daughter Katherine Adams Walker (Danny) of Denver, Colorado; her granddaughters, Victoria and Abigail Walker of Denver; and her siblings, Alison Rutledge of Ames, Bethany Vaughn (Eric) of Ames, Margaret Avery (Mike) of Ames and Jonathan of Scappoose, Oregon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
