It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlene Flemming of Ames, Iowa, born in Spencer, Iowa, who passed away on May 21, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Lloyd and Esther Hodges. She is survived by: her husband Donald Flemming (Don); her children, Debra (Ben) and Daniel (Amanda); her grandchildren, Kaylin (Jalen), Nathan, McKenzie and Bowen; her brother-in-law Reverend Duane Flemming (Gloria); and her siblings, Reverend Dale Hodges (Dorothy), David Hodges (Joyce) and Joy Gilliam. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, church family and friends.
