Daniel Joseph Konrady Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel Joseph Konrady (Ames, Iowa), who passed away on August 10, 2022 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Konrady and Arlene Konrady (Daniels); and his brother Nick Konrady. He is survived by: his uncle Lyle; his aunt Jeanette Konrady; his brothers, Paul Konrady (Paula) of Seattle, WA and Phil Konrady (Laura) of Eldridge, IA; his sister-in-law Sandy Konrady (Nick); and his sisters, Rose Acker (Jerry) of Coon Rapids, MN, Mary Gangelhoff (Daren) of Eagan, MN and Carol Wilson (Mark) of Cedar Rapids, IA. He is also survived by 7 nephews, 7 nieces, 5 grand-nephews, 6 grand-nieces, and 1 great grand-nephew.
Upon his retirement, Dan's faith directed him to care for his mother as she battled Alzheimer's and to serve others through the Ames Historical Museum and St. Cecilia's Catholic Church in Ames.
