He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Gilbert and Iva Gilbert (Woodard); and his sister Betty. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Gilbert; his daughters, Vicki Kepley (David), Sharon Jacobs and Donna Rivers (Stephen); and his grandchildren, Amber, Jarred, Jonathan and Ashlyn. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
