In the vast expanse of eternity, Bion shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Bion farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Pierson and Lorraine Pierson; and his wife Marcia Martens Pierson. He is survived by: his brother Dennis Pierson of Santa Cruz, CA; his children, Bryce Pierson (Katie Alley) of Chaska, MN and Lia Bruner (Christopher) of Athens, GA; his granddaughters, Meghan and Jennifer Pierson of Chaska, MN; and his children, Cullen and Claire Bruner of Athens, GA.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent in Bion's memory to the Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation or to the Music Ministries of the Collegiate United Methodist Church in Ames.
