Bill Nelson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 20, 2020, at the age of 79, Bill Nelson (Ames, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Nelson and Charlotte Nelson (Thompson); and his siblings, Roger and Shirley Leary (Nelson). He is survived by: his wife Karen Nelson of Ames; his children, Jenny Muschamp (Dean) of Winona, MN and Scott Nelson (Marna) of Ames; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Paul, Kevin Muschamp of Winona, MN, Ada and Ian Nelson of Ames.

Due to federal and state guidelines for COVID-19, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in MN.
