She is survived by: her husband David Joseph Soukup (Ames); her children, Amanda LeBoutillier (Matthew), Levi Soukup (Ciera) and Joseph David Soukup; her grandchildren, Pierce, Evelyn, Jesse, James, Clara and Noel; and her siblings, Martha Jean Nordyke (John), Elaine Stone (Steve), Kathie Whattoff, Sherry Erb (Steve), Nancy Flynn (Peter) and Don Whattoff (Vickie).
