It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlet Cassaidy of Ames, Iowa, born in Bonaparte, Iowa, who passed away on October 4, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cassaidy and Rena Cassaidy (White); his wife Sandra Kathleen Tedrow; his brother Esmond Cassaidy (Gladys); and his brother-in-law Ed Hutton.

He is survived by: his sons, Brian Cassaidy (Julie) of Ames and Kevin Cassaidy (Lisa) of Mount Prospect, IL; his grandchildren, Kyle (Britteny), Ben (Kate), Lauren, Matt and Grace; and his sister Myrna Hutton of Prescott Valley, AZ..
