It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlene Northrop of Ames, Iowa, who passed away on January 19, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Arlene may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Arlene touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (1629 Dewitt St, Ellsworth, IA 50075). A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
