He was predeceased by: his parents, James Prusha and Christine Prusha (Kvidera); his wife Therese Shilhanek; his sons, Daniel and Kevin Prusha; and his siblings, Lillian Meinhart, Maxine Kopriva and Floyd Prusha.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Prusha of Marengo, Janet Horbach (Lon) of Ellston and Monica Lynch (Steven) of North Platte, NE; his grandchildren, Charlie Ludwig (Scott), Devyn Krug (Tyler), Hunter Horbach and Olivia Lynch; his great grandchildren, Lakyn, Landry, Daltyn Krug and Rhett Ludwig; and his close friend Velma Kadera of Oxford.
