With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lillian Emily Hagen of Amana, Iowa, born in Homestead, Iowa, who passed away on February 13, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Roemig and Helen Roemig (Schaedlich); her husband Richard Henry Hagen; her sons, Richard Jr. and Scott Hagen; her children-in-law, Robin Blaylock and Joyce Hagen; and her sisters, Marie Hagen and Viola Schmidt.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Coleman (Gary) of Iowa City, Blake Hagen of Middletown and Shelly Blaylock of Tiffin; her daughter-in-law Denise DeLorme of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Mitchell Coleman (Jess Goetz), Collin Simmons (Cliff), Hanna Hagen, Casey Blaylock and Nick Hagen; her great grandchildren, Emily Rose Coleman, Christopher Thomas Coleman, Juniper Lillian Simmons and John Oscar Simmons; and her brother Robert Roemig (Betty) of Homestead.
A memorial fund has been established for Alzheimer's Association or St. John's Lutheran Cemetery Fund.
