He was predeceased by: his parents, William Koedam and Gertrude Koedam (Klarenbeek); and his brother Vern Koedam (Laura). He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Venus, Heather, Billy, Jason, Joe, Kim, Jennie, Rowena and Dawn; his grandchildren, Quentin, Austin, Sierra, Faith and Addie; and his siblings, Shirley Van Voorst (Arnie) of Inwood, Wes Koedam (Marge) of Alvord, Gloria Bomgaars (Mike) of Inwood and Kenny Koedam (Amy) of Inwood. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews.
