He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bowers and Lois Bowers. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Bowers; his children, Brad Bowers (Jodi) and Brenda Anderson; his grandchildren, Bryan Bowers and Lindsey Anderson; and his brother Max Bowers.

Memorial contributions may be directed to Adventure Life Church or the Runnells Historical Society.
