He is survived by: his parents, Victor Manuel Sr. and Manuela Jacques (Duarte); his siblings, Victor Jacques Jr. (Vanessa), Jovany Jacques (Kassandra), Eder Jacques (Brisa), Tania Silva and Aylin Fernanda Mata; and his pets, Zelda and Karma. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (109 W 6th St, West Liberty, IA 52776). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
