He was predeceased by: his father Michael "Mick" Perry; his parents-in-law, William "Bill" and Dee Spencer; and his brother-in-law Paul Spencer. He is survived by: his mother Fern Perry; his wife Julie Spencer; his brothers, Robert Perry (Lindsey) and Matthew Perry; his brothers-in-law, Mark Spencer (Ashli), Craig Schwemm (Sheri), Troy Schwemm (Kerri) and Chad Schwemm; his nieces and nephews, Jayden, Shane, Taylor, Elise, Mickenna Perry, Luke, John, Rachel, Rebekah, Abby, Kayla Spencer, Hillary, Brett, Nick, Derek, Hannah and Salem Schwemm; and his mother-in-law Mary Cousino.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Lutheran Church of the Cross, ASPCA, Animal Rescue League of Iowa or adopt a pet and treat it well in memory of Mike.
