She was predeceased by: her parents, James LeMaster and Amber LeMaster (Threw); her brother James LeMaster (Nanci); and her sister-in-law Elaine Hoffman (Carl). She is survived by: her husband Wayne; her sons, John Patchin (Trisha), Jeffrey Patchin (Kristen) and Douglas Patchin (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Danielle Turner, Stevie Ziem (Tyler), Scott Patchin, Sophia, Eliza Patchin, Drew and Tyler Patchin; and her great grandchildren, Beckett and Raena Ziem.
The family requests any donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Judy's memory.
