She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Cruikshank and Dorothy Cruikshank (Bertrem); her sister JoAnn; and her grandson Chad. She is survived by: her children, Lynda Grant (John), Jeff Cox and David Cox (Christi). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the Animal Rescue League of Iowa, 5452 NE 22nd St., Des Moines, Iowa 50313, in loving memory of Joyce.
