He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Mullen and Maxine Mullen (Abbey); and his siblings, Ed, Charlemagne, Sherry, John and Maryann.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Sean and Lynette Foster (Dan); and his grandchildren, Hannah and Brayden Foster.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McLaren's Resthaven Chapel (801 19th St, West Des Moines, IA 50265). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Resthaven Cemetery (801 19th St, West Des Moines, IA 50265).
