He was predeceased by: his father Norman. He is survived by: his mother Corrine (Diane); his children, Jason (Kristin), Sarah and Alyson; his grandsons, Everett and Nolan; his siblings, Jeff (Marty) and Kelley (Kate); and his aunt Judy Mayberry (John).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made directly to the family in loving memory of Brad, either in person at the celebration of life, or directly to Diane via Venmo: @diane-sell-ashby.
