He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam T. Schutt and Grace Schutt (Peelen); his daughter Starla Te Brink; his siblings, Eunice (Kenneth Hulstein) and Howard Schutt; his former wife Joan; and also, Matthew and Gertrude Huisman.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Mae of Alton; his children, Sheila (Tim Hatting) of Hospers, Brian (Lisa Schutt) and Bruce (Amy Schutt); his son-in-law Paul Te Brink of Alton; his grandchildren, Tana Van Gorp (Corey), Austin Te Brink (Bobbi), Kayla Meis (Dean), Marissa Van Kekerix (Ross), Ashley Wielenga (Darren), Alison Epp (Hans), Brady Schutt (Emily) and Jadeyn Schutt; his great grandchildren, Jace and Kinley Van Gorp; his grandchildren, Mia Te Brink, Kasen, Kohen Meis, Maelynn, Rawlins Van Kekerix, Jayla, Tatum and Briella Wielenga; and his sister Sandy (Norly Vande Brake) of Okoboji. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to the Schutt Family for future designation.
