He is survived by: his wife Dawn Renae Wielenga; his children, Zac, Nichole of Sheldon and Tanya of Beresford; his grandchildren, Dawson, Dakota, Nevaeh and Jersey; his siblings, Larry De Haan (LeeAnn) of Orange City, Barb Bergwall of Owatonna, Minnesota, Wanda De Haan and Kurt Carr of Coon Rapids, Minnesota; his nephew Nathan; his niece Natalie; and also Carter.
