He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Zembsch of Alton; his daughters, Kari Eng (Kevin) of Ponte Vedra, FL and Kelli Willett of Sioux Center, IA; his granddaughters, Stella and Eleanor of Ponte Verda, FL; his siblings, Clarence Willett (Jean) of Alton, IA, Phil Willett (Kim) of Aurora, CO and JoAnn Willett of Altoona, IA; and his sister-in-law Karen Willett of Aurora, CO..
