She was predeceased by: her parents, Amandus Johnson and Ellen Johnson (Holmes); her siblings, Ray Charles and Jean Ida Christensen; and her great grandchild Teela Anne.
She is survived by: her sister Methodist; her daughters, Judy Marie Rutherford (Leonard) of Mobile, AL and Susan Mae Rynders (Randall) of Warner Robins; her grandchildren, Amanda Marie Winters (Joshua) of Warner Robins, Erin Michelle Rutherford of Fairhope, AL, Adam Ray Rynders (Jessica) of Atlanta and Keely Anne Nicholas (Josh) of Mobile, AL; and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Kaydence, Addison, Jayden, Cheyanne, Jace, Burton, Kyah and Corbin.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McCullough Funeral Home (417 S Houston Lake Rd, Warner Robins, GA 31088). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Calendar McCullough Funeral Home (417 S Houston Lake Rd, Warner Robins, GA 31088). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (593 IA-7, Alta, IA 51002).
The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Lois Mae Dobson to Sacred Heart Christian Service Center, 136 Northview Ave., Warner Robins, GA 31088; or to Trinity Lutheran Church, 401 W. 2nd St., Alta, IA 51022.
